Time saver
Hygger Bucket-Free Aquarium Water Changer Kit makes your routine aquarium maintenance work a breeze, saving lots of time and energy on cleaning the mess caused by carrying bucket back and forth.
No bucket & Auto siphon
Simply attach the water changer kit to faucet and turn on the tap, water will automatically start to flow out of the fish tank through gravel tube. By using the pressure of clear water from faucet to siphon waste water, debris gets out of aquarium easily.
Note: Faucet is not included in this fish tank water changer set.
Multi-functional
This fish tank syphon pump makes it possible to drain and clean gravel at the same time. Just move the gravel tube in a up and down motion to vacuum out debris from gravel.
Note: Only with strong water flow can the gravel cleaning be fulfilled and agitated the gravel to suck out debris.
Fit for most faucets
It has built-in adapters in 3 sizes that can fit female 15/16-27 thread, 13/16-27 thread, and male 55/64-27 thread. The built-in on/off valve on the faucet pump can control the water flow direction. The valve on the gravel tube can be used to adjust total water flow.
Directions for Use
How to drain and clean gravel
Step 1: Connect faucet with faucet pump to hose.
Step 2: Submerge gravel tube into aquarium.
Step 3: Close gravel tube valve and open faucet pump valve.
Step 4: Turn on faucet. Then open gravel tube valve to draining and gravel washing at the same time.
How to fill aquarium water changer
Step 1: Connect faucet with faucet pump to hose.
Step 2: Submerge gravel tube into aquarium.
Step 3: Close faucet pump valve and open gravel tube valve.
Step 4: Turn on faucet.
Vacuuming (For gravel-free aquarium only)
Step 1: Connect debris vacuum attachment to gravel tube to hose with faucet pump.
Step 2: Submerge gravel tube into aquarium.
Step 3: Close gravel tube valve and open faucet pump valve.
Step 4: Turn on faucet. Then open gravel tube valve to sucking out fish waste.
Attention:
1. As faucet adapter is made by plastic, don’t over tighten it.
2. Turn off the valve on the gravel tube before turning on the faucet.
3. Empty water out of tubing before storing, or it will get mildewed.
4. If you want to vacuum with acceptable suction, you need to fully open the faucet.
5. To save water, please turn off faucet once you have a stable vacuum. However, gravel cleaning requires fully open the faucet.
