Intelligent Temperature Control System
The hygger 085 titanium tube heater is made of TA2 aerospace titanium alloy, and the heater tube is covered with Teflon. It has a built-in intelligent IC chip, an accurate temperature control system, and a memory function. An external controller that can display water temperature and set the temperature.
Heating Memory Function
The temperature accuracy of the heater is 1°F/°C and the setting range is 68°F to 90°F (20°C-32°C). The titanium heater has a high IP68 waterproof rating and is also explosion-proof, corrosion-proof, and ozone-proof. In case of a power failure, the heater will heat up when power is restored according to the last setting.

When the water temperature exceeds 95-97℉, the HG085 heater automatically stops heating, and the controller will flash the E2 fault code. It will start working automatically when the water temperature drops to 90℉.
Constant Temperature
When the water temperature is 1-2℉ lower than the set temperature, the red indicator will light up and start heating automatically. The hygger titanium heater will always maintain a comfortable temperature for your tank.
Usage Tips
Tips to use hygger titanium tube heater
1. Completely submerge the heater in water; do not bury it in sand or expose it to air.
2. The temperature sensor and heater must be completely immersed in water simultaneously to work together, and the distance between the two should not be too close.
3. Disconnect the power socket and wait 15 minutes before changing the water or removing the heater.
How to set the hygger 085 aquarium heater
1. Press the ‘Set’ button and then press the “+” or “-” button to the desired temperature, the temp + or – 1℃/℉ with each time press. Once the setting is done, the screen will display the current water temperature.
2. Press and hold the ‘Set’ button for 5 seconds to switch the temperature unit of ℉/℃ easily.
3. Press and hold “+” and “-” simultaneously for 5 seconds to perform temperature calibration. The temperature calibration range is 士5℉/℃.
4.The voltage is 110-120V, 60Hz, the power cord is 4.82+1.31 feet.
Suggestions
1. We recommend installing the heater vertically or horizontally underwater near the water intake. But vertical installation doesn’t take up much space.
2. Use a wave maker or circulating pump in the fish tank. Good water circulation helps to distribute the heat generated by the heater evenly.

The heater was very easy to set up, and I especially like that the controller shows both the set temperature and the current tank temperature, which makes monitoring simple. It heats the tank quickly and seems to maintain a consistent temperature. So far, I’m very happy with its performance.

My xxx heater went out after about 6 months of use, so I was badly in need of a heater for my 75 gallon. I decided i would like to replace it with a digital display heater, and this one hasn’t disappointed. The settings are a little challenging to figure out at first but after reading the directions a few times I got the hang of it. The digital display is actually pretty accurate against my two mercury thermometers, and with my sensor on one side of the tank, heater on the other, and decent flow around the tank it all seems to be an even temperature. Ive had this heater running since late November and its been just as reliable as day one. If anything changes ill update this review, but so far I am very pleased with this and my Hygger lights.
