Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, orders placed on hygger-online.com (the “site”) are not supported for shipping to other countries outside the United States.

Products on the site with American standard plugs and voltage applicable range may not normally be used in other countries. If you want to buy the right product that can be normally used in your country, please contact us directly by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

When do you ship orders?

Orders placed before 6:00 AM Pacific Time(PT) should ship out within 1-3 business days, excluding out-of-stock, pre-order, or backorder products. We need 1-3 business days to handle the order and prepare for shipping.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.

  • To ensure safe travels for your orders, shipping may be delayed an additional 1-2 business days for orders placed before and after a holiday weekend. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to our support team, and they’ll be happy to assist.

What are your transportation methods and costs?

For most orders, we will ship by the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, the normal delivery time is 3–7 days, but it may be delayed by 1–2 days in remote areas, depending on delivery location.

We ship to most regions of the United States, please note that currently, we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, also we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Street.

Free Shipping: we offer Free Shipping on all orders placed on the site.

How do I track my order?

We will email tracking information when the order is shipped. Or you can track your order on the site by signing in to your shopping account.

When can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel orders before the shipment by yourself at ‘My Account’→Orders. But after shipment, you can’t modify or cancel the order and can only choose to return it, in this case, please contact us at ‘HELP’→Need Help to get more help.

Additional notes:

1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order as we will not be held responsible for DOA due to an undeliverable, incomplete, or incorrect address. Any shipment being refused or shipped back to us because of a wrong address or other reasons will not be refundable.

2. Damaged packages, lost packages, and/or any mishandling by the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or other logistics/courier service providers is not our responsibility. However, we will make sure to take the proper steps to resolve the situation by filing a claim on your behalf. This process can take some time (14+ business days, depending on the courier service), so please bear with us as we assist in fixing any issues that may arise.
