Why You’ll Love It
Hexagonal Prisms Turtle Filter combines 3-4 layers(130-160GPH), circulating water with adjustable flow, and removing impurities. It features a waterfall-style outlet and provides a 360-degree shower for your pets. Firmly installed in lower water level aquariums 10–60 gallons.
Key Features
3-in-1 Turtle Tank Filter
The versatile Hexagonal Prisms tank filter circulates water to remove impurities from the turtle’s tank, and features a waterfall-style outlet that creates waves on the water’s surface. It provides a 360-degree shower for the pets and an automatic water change via a hose connection.

Ideal for Shallow Water Ecosystems
The hygger 208 Hexagonal Prisms filter is suitable for shallow water environments housing aquatic turtles, reptiles, amphibians, frogs, etc. The filter operates in water as low as 2.5 cm (1 inch), and the recommended maximum water level is 3.15 inches.

Adjustable Flow & Increase Oxygen
Its water flow is adjustable to suit different pets and their growth stages. Beyond preventing excessive water flow in the tank, it also increases oxygen levels and promotes the health of aquatic life.
Advanced 3 Stage Filtration
The filter sponge (mechanical filtration) removes impurities, activated carbon (chemical adsorption) eliminates odors and discoloration, and the ceramic bio-media (biological filtration) works for depth filtering.

Easy Routine Maintenance
The modular structure allows for flexible height adjustment to suit turtle tanks of varying heights. It’s easily disassembled for daily cleaning and filter replacement, reduces the frequency of water change, and saves time on routine maintenance.

Flexible Installation
Setting up the hexagonal prism turtle filter was very easy and neat even for the kid, the double flow is very nice, and the shower/waterfall sounds so relaxing.
Usage Tips
Note: To maintain optimal performance, regularly check the screw motor port for debris.

Setting this up was super easy and tidy and the little shower/waterfall completely covers up any pump noise—it just sounds super relaxing.
The bio balls are great too! I’m planning to add some anti-sludge or live bacteria in them so they release slowly. The only thing I wish is that there was info on a website or somewhere about how long the balls last before needing to replace them.
All in all, this filter is totally worth the price—I’m really happy with it!
Seems to work well and looks to be easy to clean when needed. Almost all 5 of my aquariums are run on hygger products. I think they are a phenomenal quality for the money.
