Why You’ll Love It

Whether submerged or used externally, the hygger DC Water Pump runs continuously with consistent flow and precise control. Thanks to its durable ceramic shaft and magnetic drive, the pump is extremely powerful and very quiet. It only uses 24 volts of power, saving 65% energy. The low-water auto shut-off keeps the pump safe, while the intuitive controller and multiple attachments make setup and maintenance seamless. It is ideal for sump tanks, freshwater and saltwater aquariums, ponds, waterfalls, fountains, and water features.

Key Features

Low Water Level Compatibility

Equipped with a special U-shaped intake shell and two types of removable water intake screens for operation in as little as 0.8″ of water.

HG915 DC pump 24V

Auto Shut-off

The HG915 DC aquarium pump is easy to operate; it automatically turns off when water is low or absent to protect the pump and prevent potential damage, and it will automatically power off for 2 minutes when it detects no water or overvoltage. The pump enables memory function and comes with two types of intake screens. It can handle debris up to 2/3 inches, preventing clogging and reducing maintenance.

Adjustable Flow Speed

This DC water pump for aquariums has an external controller with 71-speed settings that lets you regulate water flow freely, providing customized water movement and feeding settings (turn the pump off for 10 minutes for feeding) tailored to your aquarium’s needs.

Versatile Usage Options

The hygger DC water pump operates submerged or externally in freshwater or saltwater. The controller must remain dry and indoors. This pond pump comes complete with screws, O-rings, and 10 pcs pipe connection fittings for 1″ and ¾” hoses or pipes (hose is not included).

Durable Construction for Longevity

The hygger DC water pump is built to last, with a durable ceramic shaft, magnetic drive, and ABS build to ensure ultra-quiet operation and long life. It is completely free of copper elements, making it suitable for both freshwater and saltwater setups.

Usage Tips

1. Fully submerge the pump before powering it when used internally; its maximum lifting height is 9.8 feet.
2. Keep the controller indoors and away from moisture. Do not use the pump with flammable liquids.
3. Use the removable intake shell that matches your water level.
4. For internal use, ensure the pump is fully submerged in water before connecting it to the power source.
5. Set the flow with the controller, then lock settings if supported.
6. Regularly clean intake and components to avoid clogs.
7. Ensure operating water temp is between 34–95 °F and cable is dry.

Instructions for External Controller

1. The controller has Down, Up, and Pause buttons. Pressing the Pause button sets a default stop time of 10 minutes. To cancel this setting, press the “Pause” button again.
2. To lock your settings, long-press the “Pause” button for 3 seconds. The LED will flicker three times to indicate a successful lock. To unlock, perform the same long-press operation.
3. The controller possesses a memory function for the flow rate settings. In a power outage, the controller will automatically revert to the last used settings upon power restoration.

Attachments for the DC Water Pump

The connections are made of ABS, so you can use PVC, PE, or PP pipes for the water pump.

Error Codes and Troubleshooting

– Er01 – Abnormal Working Current: Please inspect the pump or controller wiring for any short circuits.
– Er02 – Controller Overheat: Ensure the controller is placed in a cool location, away from direct exposure or high temperatures.
– Er03 – Pump Running Dry: Verify that the water level is sufficient to fully submerge the water intake to prevent the pump from running dry.
– Er04 – Propeller Stuck: Check for any obstructions blocking the propeller or for any wiring issues.
– Er05 – Abnormal Input Voltage: Confirm that the power voltage is within the acceptable range of 100 – 240V at 50/60 Hz.
If the “Up,” “Down,” or “Pause” buttons on the controller are unresponsive, the controller may have been accidentally locked. To unlock, long-press the “Pause” button for 3 seconds.

We've been using the 1350 and the 2600 for over five years. Many of them have been running 24/7, and we have had no issues. When compared to other pumps, these seem much stronger. Not with just flow, but consistent flow. We've used them in our pool and our ponds. The variable speed is also awesome and saves energy.

  2. Great unit!!! But if you are doing something technical with this like sending sump water up to display, watch it the first time. I was having some issues with a “sump fish” when I first hooked it up and was starting to balance the flow, next thing I know I was swimming too…. That being said great powerful pump with easy to set up display.

  4. The hygger DC Water Pump is an excellent choice for a silent, high-performance setup. The sine wave technology makes it virtually noiseless, while the external controller allows for precise flow adjustments with zero hassle.

  6. I have all kinds of different hygger products for my aquariums. I think they are very good products. I had bought 4 or 5 of these dc pumps alone. I did have trouble with one of them shutting off then turning on. But I love them and will keep buying them
