The inverter wavemaker pump boasts a versatile range of 6 wave-making modes, 20 levels of wave intensity, and 99 levels of frequency adjustment, all controllable via the LED controller. Its compact design allows for easy concealment in tanks ranging from 75 to 200 gallons, ensuring powerful performance and aesthetic appeal.
Wireless Linkage Wavemaker Pump
The wavemaker pump is designed for standalone operation and wireless coordination with other wavemaker pumps. It can act as the lead pump, sending wireless commands to synchronize the actions of follower pumps, enabling the harmonized use of multiple pumps under a single controller. To maintain a stable connection and receive signals effectively, the wirelessly paired controllers should be positioned within a range of 15 meters (49.21 feet) from each other.
Power Off Memory Function
The wave pump is equipped with a power-off memory function, which means that after the power supply is restored, it will automatically revert to its previous working mode (M1-M6) without reconfiguration. Additionally, the pump features a 10-minute feeding timer that counts down and displays the remaining time. If there is no interaction with the controller within 30 minutes while the wave pump is operating, the display screen will automatically turn off to conserve energy.

The propeller impeller boasts robust power and can generate a significant wave, effectively simulating the natural river environment and water currents. Usage Tips
1. To attach the other half of the base, gently slide it into place from the side.
2. Ensure that the pump is fully submerged in water during operation.

The Hygger 3400 Inverter Wavemaker is pretty amazing. If there is a draw back it would be a little confusing “for me” to learn to operate. We have 7 cichlid tanks that are 75 to 150 gallon. We have purchased all Hygger Heaters which are hands down the best ever and I have had aquariums since 1979. We were so impressed by the heaters we trusted Hygger on the wavemakers as well.. great products.
UPDATE: Bought a ring magnet from Homedepot to compensate for weak outside magnet. Works fine now. Also removed the sponge cover, and now the wave forms reach the other end no issues. No need to buy another one now. This is a great wavemaker……
I switched from Maxspect XF350 to this. I only have one right now on a RedSea XL525 – 120G. Motor is super quite and the water turbulence easily reaches 3/4 of the tank distance. I am buying another one for the other end of the tank. Very easy set-up. I would give 5 stars, but the magnet is weak against 1/8th inch glass. I will be looking for a solution at the DIY center, but regardless, I will be buying another one.
