In the unlikely event of any casualties during shipping, please contact us and provide the DOA (Dead on Arrival) proof.
We will compensate based on the number of dead shrimp (deducting the complimentary shrimp) at a rate of US$1.5 per shrimp.
For example, if you purchased 10 shrimp and received 2 complimentary ones, and 4 shrimp were dead upon arrival, we will compensate for 2 shrimp, resulting in a compensation of US$3.

All shrimp arrived very lively. Packaging was high quality. Had additional babies in bag. Seven babies total for a grand total of 43 shrimp. All still alive and doing well. My next shrimp purchase will be from Hygger!
