Usage Tips
There are 4 different settings on the TFT LCD screen:
- Enable motor and sensor (default settings)
When someone approaches → screen automatically lights up and rises
When someone leaves → after 1 minute, the screen automatically turns off and descends after no one is detected.
- Turn on the motor and disable the sensor
After enabling this setting, the motor works, but the sensor’s infrared sensing does not, which leads to:
When someone approaches → cannot be recognized, causing it not to light up automatically. You need to manually press the button to turn it on and raise the screen.
If the person leaves → cannot be recognized, causing the screen to fail to automatically turn off. It takes up to 1 minute without any button operation to automatically turn off and descend.
- Turn off the motor and sensor
After enabling this setting, infrared sensing on the motor and sensor becomes ineffective, resulting in the screen always staying raised.
When someone approaches → cannot be recognized, causing the screen not to light up automatically; you need to manually tap the switch to light it up.
If the person leaves → cannot be recognized, causing the screen to fail to turn off automatically. It takes up to 1 minute without any button operation to automatically turn off the screen.
- Turn off the motor and turn on the sensor
The screen always stays raised:
When someone approaches → screen automatically lights up.
When the person leaves → the screen automatically turns off after 1 minute without detection.
Other tips:
- With DIY night mode, you can customize color brightness and set custom start and end times.
- The light is splash-proof; do not immerse the screen display in water.
- Be careful not to overstretch to prevent the light bracket from falling.
