How do I earn points?
For every $1 spent at hygger, you’ll earn 1 point. Check out all the ways to earn points on our rewards page.
You can earn points by:
1. Joining the program (10 points)
2. Log in every day(3 points/day)
3. Placing orders (1 point for every $1 spent)
4. Writing product reviews (10 points per review approved by hygger team)
5. Sharing hygger products on social media (10 points per post audited by hygger social).
6. Invite your friends to place order and you can get 10 points for per purchase(Please find your referral link in the “My Points” section on “My Account” dashboard. )

How do I redeem my points?
Easy. Just log in to your account, head to the rewards dashboard, and choose how you want to use your points. When you’re ready to check out, select your reward—your deduction will be applied automatically.

What is the validity period of my points?
hygger points are valid for one year, depending on your registration date and GTM, and will expire after one year from the date of registration. If the user requests a refund outside the validity period, the used points will not be refunded.

Can I receive points for my past purchase?
We’ve got you. If you made a purchase after joining the loyalty program but forgot to log in, reach out to our team—we’ll do our best to credit you. Purchases made before joining the program aren’t eligible.

I’m returning an item I used points to purchase. Do I get them back?
Yes—if you return an item, the points you used for that purchase will be credited back to your loyalty account once the return is processed.

How do I use my points at checkout?
Log in before you shop. At checkout, you’ll see your available rewards. Just pick the one you want to use and watch the discount drop.

The order I placed last week doesn’t show up in my points, why?
A couple of things could be going on:
❶ Account Login
Make sure you were logged in to your account when you placed the order. Orders placed while logged out won’t be linked to your profile.
❷ Shipment Tracking Required
Points are only added to your account after your shipment has a tracking number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, the points won’t appear.
❸ Processing Time
Once eligible, points may take a few days (2-5 business days) to reflect in your account.
❹ Order Eligibility
Some orders (e.g., canceled items) may not qualify for points. Check our Points Policy for details.
