Description

hygger Small Fish Tank is specially designed with a lighting hood, a 3-watt water pump, and a flip lid. As a 4-gallon fish tank kit, it’s convenient for aquarium starters to complete in one step.

Smart touch screen LED lighting hood

You can switch from a shimmering white daytime effect to relaxing moonlight for night by simply touching the button next to a digital number of the aquarium lid. 4 lighting modes with white, blue, red, and green LED bulbs are available.

Quiet 3-in-1 submersible water pump

This small tank’s 3-watt submersible pump has three functions: water filtration, water circulation, and aeration. It helps water cycling while the bio ball filter cartridge box helps to clean water and absorb odors and discoloration.

Easy-to-access flip lid

Flipped plastic canopy makes it easy for feeding and regular maintenance in the tank. Equipped with a temperature probe, it is easy to read digital LED real-time water temperature.

Directions for Use

How to install the small tank?

Step 1: Clean the tank and filter with clean water and towels. Do not use chemicals not intended for aquarium use.
Step 2: Place the tank on a level, sturdy, and completely flat surface in your desired location. Keep away from direct sunlight and air vents.
Step 3: Rinse gravel and decor then decorate your aquarium before adding water to avoid over-filling.
Step 4: Rinse the filter media cartridge and other filter parts, then fit the submersible water pump into the preformed hole.
Step 5: Fill the tank with room-temperature tap water. Make sure the submersible pump is fully submerged in water. The water level must be to the bottom outer edge of the hood for proper filter operation.
Step 6: Treat the tank water with an aquarium conditioner to remove chlorine.
Step 7: Plug in the LED light and power filter, and turn them on.

How to adjust the LED light?

Press the power button one time to turn on the LED. Continue to press the power button to change the lighting mode as follows.

Maintenance of filter cartridge

1. Unplug the LED and submersible pump.
2. Remove the used filter media cartridge from the tank. Install a new cartridge.
3. It is recommended to replace the used filter media cartridge in 2 weeks.

Tips to use the submersible pump

1. Unplug the pump and carefully remove the connector and pipe from the pump body.
2. Remove the pump from the tank.
3. Separate and clean all parts including the impeller.
4. Rinse thoroughly and reinstall.
5. It is recommended to clean the pump monthly.
